As empaths, we have a great capacity to feel for and care about others. It's such a powerful, needed quality. But yet, we often forget what makes us special beyond what we can do for everyone else. What about OUR needs? What about OUR epic journeys?!!

In this episode, Arielle talks about struggling to literally write herself as the main character of her screenplay, and breaks down habits that often hold her back from acting like the main character in her life. She also realizes what makes her character - both in writing and in real-life - dynamic, engaging and lovable.
