SPECIFIC - Be specific. What EXACT goal do you wish to accomplish?
MEASURABLE - How will you measure your progress? By what measurement will you know it's complete?
ATTAINABLE - Is it realistic to achieve? What skills do you need to achieve & attain it? Who's help will I need to reach it?
RELEVANT - Is this the right time to do this? WHY is this goal important to me?
TIME-BOUND - When is the completion of this goal set for?
