Part of the natural culture in Japan, "ikigai" is a way of life. "Iki" meaning life and "gai" is worthwhile. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicholas Kemp, Author of the book "Ikigai-Kan" to dive into this ancient Japanese concept and how it differs from what we term "life purpose" here in the west.

He is the founder and head coach of Ikigai Tribe, a small community of educators, psychologists, coaches, and trainers who serve their personal communities using the ikigai concept.
