Following up from part 2, the secret apprentice Amanda is now helping Jigsaw teach his latest lesson - and trying to keep him alive. Suffering from his terminal cancer, Amanda has helped kidnap a brain surgeon and forces her to do everything in her power to make sure Jigsaw lives until the end of the game. This includes some home brain surgery!
