Don't Be A Karen- Calm Down Karen

This week's message is the third and final message in our three week sermon series, “Calm Down Karen!” We all know a Karen... Someone who is ready to argue with anyone about anything at any time. Whether you like it or not, those people still need the love of Jesus. How do you deal with those people in a way that points them away from explosive anger and towards the love of Christ? Pastor Chris WIlliams shares this weeks message titled, “Don't Be A Karen”

Discussion Questions

1. What stood out to you the most during the "Calm Down Karen" message series? Why do you think that had such an impression on you?
2. Pastor Chris shared that when it comes to sin in our lives, we must all remember, "I was, I do, I will." Which of those is most challenging to you? Why?
3. Share a time when you felt God's Spirit was leading you. When do you feel most receptive to the Spirit's leadership in your life?
4. What do you believe God is saying to you today? What's your next step (Listen, Test, or Obey) as God is speaking to you?

Covid-19 Restrictions

1. If you’re not feeling well, please wait to attend on campus until you’re fully healthy.
2. We have two on-campus Sunday services: 9:30 and 11am (Our 11:00am service is live online on our Facebook Page and YouTube Channel)
3. All ages are welcome in the auditorium. We provide kids and middle school ministries at our 11:00am service and starting October 18th, childcare will be provided at both services! High school ministry meets Sundays at 6:00pm on-campus.
4. Facial coverings will be required per the current state health order. We’ll encourage general social distancing by minimizing some common touch points, providing hand sanitizer, and offering some increased spacing in seating areas. (During this time, bring your own java…we know it’s a bummer, but it won’t be forever!)
