This weeks guest is POETIK, an independent artist from Apia, Western Samoa, based in Tāmaki Makaurau. The son of well-known Samoan musician Faasavalu Dave Parker, he received the Phillip Fuemana Award for most promising Pacific artist at the 2018 Pacific Music Awards after coming up though the 2010’s.
