The birthday boy also shares how he aims to show appreciation to his friends and make amends when he feels he's overstepped in a way that may seem "bully-ish."

We're joined by guest E.J. Jackson. A father of two young boys who's youngest was born with PfeifferSyndrome. He breaks down for us how he and his wife found out about this diagnosis and how life has been raising a child with this genetic disorder that affects 1 in 100,000 people.
