In 2002, the Bishops of America had a conference to implement rules and polices regarding how the Church addresses allegations about sexual abuse. Earlier in 2019, the Pope had gathered the Bishops from all over the world to address what and where the Church goes from here. Father Boniface also directly addresses what the Church is doing in the formation of new Priests.
