019: What are you waiting for?! | I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997)

Upon watching this film 23 years later we've learned these characters are all pretty much TRASH people. This however doesn't stop us from breaking down the awesomely muted fashion, music, and the North Carolina mood across the whole film.
