Before you go yelling at me, just take a minute to listen in and think about what is really happening in a low interest environment. Savers are being punished and spenders are out of control, and so are the banks. If Nelson could make it at 23%, why are we screaming when rates are 2-7%? Are we thinking long-term or short-term?
