Farmworkers toil from sunrise to sundown in the natural beauty of South Africa's vineyards.

Many have dedicated years, even decades, of their lives perfecting their craft, possessing a wealth of practical experience but lacking formal qualifications. However, this is all about to change.

In recognition of the untapped potential and invaluable contributions of these workers, South Africa Wine has created the South African Wine Industry Professional Body (SAWIPB).

This pioneering initiative is a transformative platform that acknowledges their skills and propels their careers forward.
