Test of Leadership

Testing is part of God’s process—not to harm, but to reveal and refine. Testing seasons expose our maturity, motivations, and the true state of our hearts. They are opportunities for growth, not punishment. Whether through wilderness moments, small daily decisions, or seasons of silence, God is working deeply within us. Faithfulness in little leads to divine promotion. More than outward activity, God desires intimacy and surrendered hearts. As we grow older, the call remains: live simply, trust deeply, and press on. In testing, God is present—shaping us for His purpose and glory.
