Journeying with Christ in Prayer

Rev Dr Goh Seng Fong at today's service in Tabernacle Baptist Church Singapore exhorted the congregation to depend on God through prayer, not merely be excited by works. Prayer is vital: we must be intercessors, making the church a true house of prayer. Watch and pray and enter into God’s works. Pray for people in the midst of life's transition, also those who are in trials and troubles. Distance cannot limit our prayer’s reach. Like Jesus, who withdrew to pray instead of seeking crowds, we must seek God Himself. Therefore, be ye Christ-like—follow Jesus’ dependence on the Father through prayer!
