In the first episode of the podcast, Callie and Lauchy introduce themselves and talk about how Callie found out she has ADHD as a fully-formed adult with a real job, real marriage and real child! We take a detour into a driving story....see what we did there, and Callie talks about an ick she has - for Lauchy. There is some real talk about how it felt growing up and knowing you weren't likeable, and the importance of feeling enough acceptance from the people around you to have the courage to take the step to diagnosis.
