If I could go back in time and teach myself when it came to my nutritional strategy years ago, it would have been to have a better understanding of the all-or-nothing attitude and how most of us need to readjust our expectations of our execution.
You will never be perfect, and you will never want to be 100% while on vacation.
Doing this alone, would saved me many vacations where I ended up falling off the deep end, and in return, feeling like crap about myself. All to be avoided had I just been realistic with my expectations.
