I’m now on day 14 of a new anchoring practice and with many questions around it, I figured it was time to come and share it here.
Anchoring is a way to change your state and vision and without this, we most often become a victim to being ‘updating’ by outside sources - sources that do not help us in becoming our best self.
This is why we must have daily software updates that we are in control of and that help us in becoming our best self.
I am extremely intentional about this practice during my cancer battle and continue it to ensure I am in control of my thoughts, which affect my actions.
