I have adopted Tony Robbin’s 7 Reflection questions (with one minor change) and have loved that each day it becomes more and more fun to journal all that I am thankful for.
The questions are:
What are you HAPPY about/for?
What are you EXCITED about/for?
What/who are you PROUD of?
What/who are you GRATEFUL for?
What are you FOCUSED on?
What/who are you COMMITTED to?
