 On today’s very first episode we’ll be interviewing Lisa Flynn, an authenticity coach and Communication Specialist on a mission to connect people with the most important thing in their life: their true self.  As a former Chief Culture Officer, Emotional Intelligence Researcher at Yale, and international yoga teacher, her superpower is cultivating psychologically safe spaces that empower people to tap into their truth.  Her goal is to help leaders communicate confidently, build fulfilling relationships, and create extraordinary lives based on who they really are.  Lisa shares her work worldwide through private coaching, authentic relating trainings, and retreats.  

We explore:

* Our personal experiences and challenges faced in breaking free from societal expectations

* We delve into the concept of acceptance and the importance of self-compassion and tolerating discomfort in the process of embracing authenticity
