Natalie Glover, PhD is a clinical psychologist working at a group private practice in the greater Seattle area. Her passion is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which shows us that we don’t need to change our thoughts or emotions to live more meaningful lives, but rather our relationship with them. When she’s not working, she enjoys running, hiking, drawing, reading, and spending time with her partner and two cats.
