Envy Exercise: Way to Process Envy: 

  • Take out your journal and write down the reason you’re feeling envious of this person.
  • What is it that’s making you feel so bad? Your first answer might not be the root, so keep digging.
  • What do they have that you want?
  • List out the reasons why you feel you can’t achieve what they have - these are your blocks.
  • List out how you relate to this person and what you have in common.
  • Remind yourself that this person is actually here to inspire you and expand your subconscious to believe that what you want is possible.
  • Choose a DI to do the subconscious work to reprogram the Blocks from the question above.
