It's important to remember that it's not only okay but your responsibility to communicate your needs and avoid boiling up when things don't go as you expected. You're entitled to express yourself openly and honestly, and you deserve respect for doing so. In this episode, we talk about communicating to get your needs met. We share a few examples of how you can ask for your needs to be met in a way that the other person will be able to understand exactly what you need, and there will be no misunderstanding. At the end of the day, it is our individual responsibility to communicate our needs and feelings without fear of judgment or criticism. It's not easy, but with patience and understanding, we can get our needs met and meet the needs of the people around us.
