Most breakups hurt. We have various ways of handling or avoiding the pain. Sadly some of our moving-on styles are unhealthy. It’s important to be mindful and aware of our methods because they may cause more trauma or hurt in the long run and hold us in a negative cycle. This episode discusses the three Cs of moving on most effectively. We share overviews of our past relationships and evaluate our attachment styles and how they relate to how we moved on after a breakup. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all method, but we can move forward and break the cycle of hurt.
