During 1966, a humanoid entity is seen on 3 separate occasions, and is described as tall, in a metallic suit, and a large grin across his face. Shortly after, a man in a black Volkswagen and black suit visits one of the witnesses and leaves him extremely frightened. However... this visit wasn't the first encounter with the notorious Men in Black and wouldn't be the last. 
Who is "The Grinning Man", and is there an attempt to "cover up" these close encounters with a 3rd kind?
