I’m so excited to introduce our next guest today. His name is Ryline Monkman and he has such an incredible story about hard work, perseverance, and overcoming circumstances.
Ryline grew up in a bad way. With difficult situations surrounding both parents, getting kicked out of his house at age 14, and becoming a father at age 16, he was still able to dig deep within himself and find the will to pursue his dreams.
Through the RAP program at his high school he was able to work on an apprenticeship before graduating with honors. His trade brought him financial success and opportunity to care for his family. And eventually brought him full circle where he rejoined Careers: Next Generation, the company responsible for implementing the RAP program that paved the way for his future success.
Keep listening to follow Rylines trials, tribulations, and victories in his ultimate pursuit of a successful, fulfilling life using the skilled trades as a catalyst to get there.
