Today I have 3 guests on the show, all from the same company, Gary’s East Coast Service. Of course Gary Petitti himself, his wife Angela, and one of his 3 daughters, Lyndsi. And yes, they all work under the same roof.
I wanted to sit down with them to have a very real conversation about how the business was started and what it’s like working so closely with so many family members. Their short answer, it’s great!
In business for almost 27 years, Gary’s focuses heavily on their employee relationships and love interacting with their customer. Listen in to hear us talk all about what led to the birth of the company (what they consider as their 4th child), the growth & challenges through the years, and of course the generational element that comes with a family run business.
And as always, this show is not monetized & we don’t run ads. We rely strictly on the word of mouth from our listeners to further the mission. So if you enjoyed this episode, please take a moment to rate, review, and share. The future generations of tradespeople depend on it. On you! So thank you again and enjoy this episode of Blue is the New White with the Gary’s East Coast Service family.
