Blue is the New White #27 - David Przybyl, WCE

We often talk ABOUT Gen Z on the show, but this week we talk TO Gen Z.  Meet David Przybyl, Installer at Windy City Equipment.  He is 21 years old and has been working here for almost 4 years now.

Some of you may have heard me talk about a kid that came to me straight out of high school, all but begging for an opportunity.  So I gave him one, taking out the trash. He worked his way up from there to parts runner, then PM technician, then installer.  All in less than 4 years.

How?

By refusing to say no, taking advantage of the opportunities he was given, and working hard to improve himself and his craft.  For those of you who think Gen Z are lazy, entitled, and soft... Meet David Przybyl.
