Blue is the New White #19 - Anthony Pacheco

In this episode we sit down with Anthony Pacheco of P1311 Partnerships. Anthony is a Healthcare & Insurance consultant for the #skilledtrades industry and we have been working together for about 4 years now.

I finally get to talk to him about his background in the trades. Anthony grew up in a small town in Texas called Tom Beam, with a population of about 800 people and comes from a blue collar family. In fact, he and his dad built their house from the ground up with their bare hands.

After the farm and tractor life, Anthony did a small stint of college and then got into the hospitality industry as the manager of a country club, where he quickly learned than many of the members were owners of blue collar companies!

From there he got into restaurant management before landing in insurance and getting back to his grassroots by serving the skilled trades. Why? Because he gets to 1) help people 2) build relationships and 3) spend time with his family; the things that he values most.

His story is a great example of how the skilled trades can lead you any direction that you let it. Don't miss this episode of Blue is the New White!
