Today Brandon Eckenrode joins me on the show to talk about something near and dear to my heart, as you already know. Brandon works with the Collision Repair Education Foundation, an incredible organization that is doing unbelievable things to lift up their sector of the skilled trades.
Brandon took the traditional route, earning a college degree for English and Journalism, but it wasn’t long before he found himself working construction to pay down his student loans. Imagine that!
Anyways, he found himself working for I-CAR the standard of excellence in the collision industry. Not long after that he joined the Collision Repair Education Foundation, who works closely with I-CAR to help Attract, Support, and Employ people in the industry.
To-date, they have donated over $500m in support to schools, programs, and people across the nation in an effort to uplift this ever-important industry.
Listen in to hear all about this unbelievable program that we can all aspire to model for the rest of our beloved skilled trades.
