Blue is the New White #129 - Jamie McMillan, Kickass Careers

Returning to the show today is not only one of my favorite guests, but one of my favorite people in this industry. Ms Jamie McMillan joins us again today to give us an update as to what she's been up to for the past 2 years since last coming on the show. What an unbelievable story filled with accomplishment and reward. During COVID, her speaking career all but shut down, as well as her career in the trades. She supplemented her time by volunteering at a homeless shelter claiming that "helping others is helping yourself"

She then teamed up with an old friend who founded Helmets to Hardhats.  He has been active in the US for several years, finding placement, providing resources, and educating those who have served their country on the skilled trades.
