Stef: Today, we're discussing everything about Emotions. Our emotions shape how we perceive the outside world, and dictate how we are received by the outside world. It is also easy to get lost in our emotions if we don't have the necessary tools to navigate them.

What tools to you have to manage your emotions?

Do people see you as cold and uncaring because you don't emotionally react a certain way?

Is the explanation of emotions less valid than the display of emotions?
