Dr. Lekkos is a functional medicine doctor and the founder of Bios Functional Medicine in Santa Monica. He earned his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, has a master’s degree in metabolic and nutritional medicine from the University of South Florida Medical College, and is board-certified in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine. Since our previous episode with him was such a hit, we decided to bring him back on to answer some of your questions.
