Caring for the Caregiver

How do you take care of the caregiver?  As the pandemic stretches onward, nurses who were already short-manned are struggling with fatigue, complicated grief, and burnout.  We talk about some of the challenges, self-care measures, and how we as a community can support our bedside heroes.
