Jonathan is the co-founder and CTO at Offsyte, a marketplace for planning amazing team events. He started Offsyte with his co-founder, Emma, right after the pandemic started last year. They were on a mission to make it as easy as possible to connect with your team. Since launching, they've helped teams book 1,000s of events towards that mission. Jonathan has lived in San Francisco for the past 7-8 years (with many, many trips to wine country) and currently lives with his partner Rachel and adorable dog Lola.
In this episode, Jonathan shares with us about how virtual events are thriving as we welcome a more digital-phasing world, and he also shares with us how we go into wine and why he just loves Napa Valley. Let’s dive in!

Tweetable Quotes:
“But I think for most companies, what we're gonna see is just choice, like, they're going to be giving, pushing a lot more of this on to individual departments and teams, and you're gonna see a lot more hybrid mode.”
