Aram Grigorian didn't have it easy growing up in Soviet Russia, but that doesn't mean he isn't grateful for how he grew up. A humble yet determined young man, Aram came to the United States with a slightly different 'American dream' in mind and has gone on to create a life of his design through not only pushing his own mind and body's limits but now helps others do the same.

Bodybuilder and all-around strength training professional, Aram trains some of the most high-performing CEO's in the Greenwich, CT area as well as single parents or the classic weekend warrior that wants to get in shape and stay that way. In this episode, Aram dives into key habits that he has built and has picked up from his must successful clients and share with us why he thinks so many people are unrealistic, even disrespectful, of the time it takes to achieve success.
