Ep. 17 Living with and ADHD'er

There's been a reason we'd had a bit of a break and its because live has been happening.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD and I thought we'd get Bruce my wonderful husband on to talk about what its like to live with someone that was undiagnosed and unaware of what they were living with.

This man is my biggest cheerleader and my second biggest critic (Im my own worst for that). Hes the one that suggested I do a podcast in the first place!

I asked him 4 questions:

What made you think I had ADHD?

What are the positives and negative aspects of living with someone with ADHD?

Whats the biggest challenge?

Are there any aspects of my behaviour you find difficult to understand?
