Ms. McDowell shares her experience on how she "Found her Voice" by embracing who she truly was and deciding to become a life-long learner. We get to learn more about her perception of the "Stay in the box" culture that is pushed on our children at an early age. 

In this episode, embrace the beauty in "Being Unique" and unapologetically soaking up all experiences you can get your hands on.  Negativity speaks loud but that doesn't mean we have to continue to constantly embrace it. 

We openly discuss how our society is known for being "Fear Led" which (when lived upon) develops individuals who never experience their true potential. 

This was an episode filled with pieces of our own experiences and exposes the closed-minded patriarchy that manipulates individuals to seek adventure less, learn less, and constantly judge others for being different.
