In my leadership conversations, many tell me they know their passion and sense of purpose but the risk is too high. I smile and tell them compassionately; it is a calling of the heart and one has to feel the desperation to take the road less travelled. The question we answer is Passion and Sense of Purpose have inherent risk and can we wait till there is certainty in life?
