A 10-year veteran biz Eng teacher, Wayne has worked with both small and large corporate clients including Samsung, Hyundai, SK, and Yuhan-Kimberly in South Korea.

In this fairly short discussion, we touch on goal-setting, cultural awareness, presentation skill development, reflection, and overcoming "fossilized", or long-term, errors that have become second nature.
