The Schools Are Broken

The educational system has been in decline for decades. Children's tests scores continue to slide and we even have schools where not one child is proficient. Children are graduating and they can't even read. Due to a chance encounter, I discussed the matter with two local educators and you all have no idea how bad it is. No matter how much money you throw at this problem, it won't solve it. The entire system is broken and your children suffer.
