Yesterday during his Inauguration speech, President Trump stated that "we are going back to merit based hiring". DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) has been something many have spoken out against for years and have been shouted down by the mob. Lately I too have been making comments about the horrible policy and some of my friends asked me what it was and why I was so against it. After those conversations I figured I would record an episode breaking down the awful policy into layman's terms. Enjoy.
