Bracing For A Whirlwind of What-Ifs

The wall around your heart’s garden can get damaged over time. Fortunately, there are ways to maintain the wall. But unfortunately, it’s all to common for the cracks and holes in the wall to go untended—and then we just keep getting hurt by the same things over and over. We run into problems if we take it to the extreme too—if we build up the wall into an impenetrable fortress, braising for the unknown future.
