87| Guest: Krista Stearns of Mountain Mural Tours

Krista Stearns arrived in Asheville the Friday of Belle Chere in 1996 and has never left.  She opened up West End Bakery in 2001 and was a partner in the development of the Bledsoe Building into a thriving commercial hub for Haywood Road.  After selling the Bakery in 2015, she coached many local business start-ups through MountainBizworks and remained a board member in the West Asheville Business Association.  Her current venture - Mountain Mural Tours - works to expose locals & tourists to the vibrant street art scene in Asheville, while placing the artist's work in a historical and cultural context. She developed the idea while traveling in Colombia with her family and looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm with the rest of the world.
