119: What deep assumptions do you have about your business?

What things do you believe to be true... or act as if they were true... but haven't tested or examined? Assumptions often creep in subconsciously - but let's take a closer look to see if they actually reflect reality.

Today I'll give you examples of assumptions I've held about my business and life, and describe some other common ones that may have crept into your thinking as well.
