093: I put my business (almost) on autopilot for 5 months

This year something happened that forced me to get even more organized and intentional about how I run my business and manage my time - I had a baby! My daughter is absolutely wonderful, but the first couple months with a newborn are quite demanding - so I knew I had to plan ahead when it came to running my business. Here's how I reduced my workload to an absolute minimum and gave myself some maternity leave.
