As Tony Robbins says "where focus goes energy flows." What you focus on expands. 

This is why it's so important to have clarity of focus. If you have multiple things on your mind and are splitting attention among them, you'll likely get very little traction on each thing. 

If you focus all your effort and attention on one or two big goals, you'll make much more progress.
