Looking back at 2019 - EMP113

In this week's episode, I reflect on my progress and challenges in 2019. I've grown so much in some areas but not as quickly as others. 

I've sharpened my mental toughness, I've dialed in my morning routine, and I've implemented solid routines to keep me on track. 

However there's the lows as well. For example, I'm not quite creating consistent income that I'm proud of yet. There's been several ups and downs, and many false starts. 

The main takeaway is to show up every single day and put in 100% effort. You will improve, even if it takes a bit longer than desired.
