What does it mean to be a targeted individual?

The government makes the person look and sound crazy, but that is a cover-up.

Why does the government do this?

The USA government is creating a police state.

A large number of those targeted were outspoken, civil rights activists or whistle blowers.

The government is silencing opposition.

A targeted individual is someone who one day wakes up in a parallel universe where nothing is ever quite the same again.

They are not traditionally mentally ill, criminals or vagrants.

They endure months and often years of silent torture whilst others question their sanity and the veracity of their eyewitness accounts.

They seek information from online sources to try and find answers only to find more questions than answers.

Since most of them are being paid to make you jump, you will be sure they will pay top dollar.
Gang stalking is just the natural evolution of regular stalking. Instead of having one batshit person following you around, its multiple (who are more than likely doing out of the ‘kindness of their hearts' or the be batman/the punisher a vigilante and some for cold hard cash.) The multiple may be people from many walks of life and use their special talents (connections) to create a situation where they are stalked nonstop and formal actions to stop stalking are prevented as people influence those around them to make them feel like the wronged one and you deserve punishment for some imaginary slight to them/the OG stalker.
Which is simple to do when they convince them that the people are mad or going mad.
So it gives the gangstalkers many avenues of attack

Being considered mentally unstable

Being considered a criminal

Making you lose stability in your life.

That is what gangstalkers in question want to do. That is what they will try to do.
