#17 "To know your Instinct can liberate you" Russ Hudson

In this episode Russ Hudson is giving a talk to The Enneagram Next Level community about the instincts. 

He is looking at instincts, not from the point of view of congratulating ourselves on being self-pressed or sexual or social.

But from the point of view of understanding these patterns can really liberate a lot of life energy, better health, better relationships and connections, and better balance in how we conduct our affairs.
