Finding our true self is one of the most important things we do in our effort to live an authentic life.  There are actions we can take to help us find this place, and there are things we can do to get us back into a good space and to help relieve our suffering and reach enlightenment.  The greatest tool for achieving this is our very own mind.  Today you will hear excerpts from two of my favorite books, just two of many that serve as guidebooks for me.
