Pauline Longdon is a “Jack of all trades, Master of tons.” She's fitted more into the last 12 years than most people do in their entire lifetime. Pauline sunk to the depths of depression and then kicked its ass! She became a Master Alternative Healer and Teacher. She's now taking the world by storm as a professional writer, helping businesses share their heartfelt message. In her spare time, Pauline enjoys making exquisite wire woven jewellery, taking great photos and being creative.

As a retired Registered Nurse, and Army Nursing Officer, she has a wicked sense of humour and a unique way of seeing the world. She has her finger firmly placed on the pulse of Humanity. She's a wild woman and one worth knowing.
